Survival Masters With Minecraft - 2 Week Mini Camp

Welcome to the Minecraft Survival Masters Summer Camp, where adventurers can embark on an exciting journey through the blocky, pixelated world of Minecraft in Survival Mode. This program offers an immersive and educational experience, combining the thrill of survival gameplay with building and teamwork. Participants will have the chance to socialize with their fellow adventurers during virtual campfires, scavenger hunts, and other fun activities. These events promote friendships and a sense of community by putting everyone in teams to survive and thrive with our experienced staff to see who can make it to The End.

In this course, young Minecraft enthusiasts will:

Learn essential survival skills in Minecraft, such as gathering resources, crafting tools, and managing hunger and health.
Develop teamwork and communication skills through collaborative projects and challenges.
Cultivate creativity by building intricate structures and solving problems in the virtual world.
Explore the importance of respect and good sportsmanship while playing online with others.

Curriculum Overview:

Day 1-2: Introduction to Survival Mode - Students will learn the basics of survival gameplay, including gathering resources and building shelters. Problem Solving and Critical Thinking - Students will tackle complex problems and obstacles in the game, honing their problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Day 3-4: Crafting Essentials - Students will explore crafting recipes and learn how to craft tools, weapons, and armor to survive in the game.

Day 5-6: Resource Management - Students will delve into the importance of managing hunger, health, and inventory to thrive in the virtual world.

Day 7-8: Teamwork and Communication - Students will work together in teams to complete challenges and projects, emphasizing the importance of cooperation and effective communication.

Day 9-10: Final Challenge - Students will put their skills to the test in a final challenge to see who can make it to The End and emerge as true Survival Masters.

Teaching Style:

This course adopts a student-centered approach, allowing learners to take an active role in their own learning. The instructor will facilitate discussions, provide guidance, and offer feedback as students engage in collaborative projects and challenges. Students will have ample opportunities to interact with both the instructor and their peers through activities such as group discussions, virtual campfires, and team-based games.


No prior experience with Minecraft is required. This course is open to beginners and experienced players alike. All that's needed is a passion for adventure and a willingness to learn!
