Class Experience
Joss, the American Girl of the Year (2020), and I have one thing in common: We both have hearing loss and we're pretty amazing at conquering all challenges with our 100% positive attitude. This hasn't stopped us from living our best life and are excited to continue achieving great things. Let's meet up with with Joss at the beach and catch some waves while we chat all things hearing loss. What's it like? What are hearing aids? This class is taught in English.
Learners will learn more about Joss, the American Girl of 2020 and her and my hearing loss.
Learners will need to print out the worksheet before class and bring their preferred coloring tools (colored pencils, markers or crayons). To make the 3D hearing model for our doll/s: Modeling clay (any color of your choice), silver wire and hot glue (glue gun works best)
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
1 hour 15 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
