Description

Class Experience

This class is taught in English.
-Students will learn how to organize an extended and supported paragraph and/or a five paragraph essay. 
Students will be completing, editing, and rewriting the paragraph/essay that was started in class. 
Students will need to attend class with paper or a notebook, a printed copy of the Organizer, and a pencil.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
Learner progress will be assessed through class participation and assignment completion.
40 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
Students will need to use credible sources to support their ideas when writing about specific topics. 
They may refer to books checked out from the library or from websites that you consider to be appropriate for your learner.
