Class Experience
In this course, we will cover film theory and we will analyze popular superhero films in chronological order. We will cover film vocabulary, and filming techniques within the film and understand how the writers and directors set up the story plot. We will be using Disney Plus to watch films each week and I will be creating a google slides lecture that the student will watch. We will be learning about time stamps and during the lecture students will need to watch a specific timestamp in the...
Students will understand the following concepts: •A Hero's Journey •Foreshadowing •Identifying Names of Camera Shots and Camera Angles •Identify Characters and Their Roles Within The Film •Optional Worksheets will reinforce these concepts
I have a M.S. in Creative Technology where I studied Film, Film Theory and Graphic Design.
