What superhero starts with A? A-A-A- Aquaman! Let's make a superhero A! In this class, we will practice our letters A-Z as superheroes! We will review the alphabet by making letters with superhero poses as we practice the letter sound. We will come up with superhero words that begin with each letter sound. Students will improve their understanding of their letters and sounds by moving and making letter poses to match a superhero each beginning sound.
1 file available upon enrollmentThere will be no supplies needed! Before class begins, please make sure the student has enough room to move around. I suggest putting the chair away and having the student put their arms out to the sides to make sure they have space to move around. Students are encouraged to use plenty of movement during class. EXTRAS - THESE ARE OPTIONAL AND WILL NOT BE USED IN CLASS -There will be 2 pages of ABC letter writing practice for students to print out upon enrollment. -A second printable handout will be provided prior to class that will be personalized with each students first letter of their name. Students can color and trace this handout in class.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
I suggest that a parent/guardian be nearby to help make sure the young students are moving safely.
