Does your learner want to become a "Super Kid" with the power of superfoods? In this fun and interactive 8-week course, your learner will discover the amazing world of superfoods and learn how to incorporate them into their daily meals. From vibrant fruits and vegetables to nutritious grains and healthy fats, we'll explore a variety of superfoods that help fuel growing bodies and minds.

This course is designed not only to teach learners about nutrition but also to engage them in fun, hands-on activities that make learning about healthy eating exciting! Over the course of 8 weeks, learners will discover how superfoods like berries, leafy greens, whole grains, nuts, and seeds can support their energy levels, help them grow strong, and keep them feeling their best.

Each class includes:

Interactive lessons that are easy to understand and packed with fun facts.
Hands-on cooking challenges where learners will create healthy snacks, smoothies, and meals using superfoods.
Engaging activities like Superfood Bingo, scavenger hunts, and recipe creation to keep learners excited and involved.

By the end of the course, your learner will not only have a deeper understanding of nutrition but will also feel empowered to make healthy food choices independently. They'll learn how to build balanced meals, enjoy nutritious snacks, and even prepare their own "Superfood Feast"!

Lesson 1:
What Are Superfoods?
 Introduction to the concept of superfoods and why they are special.
Discuss how superfoods are packed with nutrients and health benefits.
Examples of superfoods (e.g., blueberries, kale, avocado, quinoa).
Fun activity: “Superfood Scavenger Hunt” to identify superfoods at home or in the store.

Nutrients Your Body Needs
 Learn about essential nutrients: vitamins, minerals, fiber, and antioxidants.
Discuss how different superfoods provide these nutrients.
Creative activity: “Make Your Superfood Chart” for tracking superfoods at home.
Interactive game: Superfood Bingo.

Lesson 3:
Supercharged Fruits
 Focus on fruits like berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, etc.).
Learn about antioxidants and their role in fighting free radicals.
Fun activity: “Superfruit Smoothie Challenge” (kids create their own smoothie recipes).
Quick recipe: Fruit salad with a variety of berries and seeds.

Other Powerful Fruits (Apples, Pomegranates, Mangoes)
 Discuss the benefits of different fruits: vitamins, hydration, and immune support.
Hands-on activity: “Fruit Tasting Party” with various fruit varieties.
