This is a trivia game using Kahoot. Questions will cover professional and Olympic sports. Questions will be about great athletes, sports records, mascots, stadiums, dates, etc. I will read the questions and act as the host. I am energetic and friendly. I will add some additional information to the topic after we go over the answer. At the end of the class the player with the most points (Kahoot) will be declared that week's Super Star Sports Trivia Champion. Students will get to test their knowledge and expand on it Questions will be appropriate for sports fans between the ages of 8-13. All questions will be used only once. They do not build upon previous learned information nor is it sequential. The questions do not get more difficult week to week. There will be no repeat questions from week to week. A student can join any week, and the student will not be behind any of the other students. Students will have fun, learn interesting sports facts, and make new friends. Learning Goals
The students will answer questions on professional and Olympic sports. The questions will be appropriate for kids 8-13. They will learn about famous athletes and performances, team names, sports history, and famous stadiums, etc.

Students will use a pin that I provide to them to log into the game on the Kahoot website (kahoot.com).

I teach classes that help athletes and other performers like musicians improve their performance by learning mental skills. Topics I cover include dealing with performance anxiety, self-talk, goal setting, motivation, concentration, having more fun, and mental imagery. I have worked as a performance consultant with the track teams at Florida State University and Loyola University Chicago. I am a patient and passionate teacher.
