Description

Class Experience

Learners will increase their reading fluency and confidence. 
Learners will word recognition.
Learners will develop their vocabulary.
Learners will increase their oral reading speed. 
Learners will understand how to read, spell, and write the most common English words. 
Optional Homework: Read the reader out loud to a stuffed animal, pet, friend, or family member. 
I will provide a 4 page handout before each class which will include a variety of activities for reading, writing, spelling, and drawing. Learners may bring coloring supplies and a pencil or pen. Learners may bring: Play Dough Magnetic Letters Letter Tiles Pop It fidget toy (any brand or color, with at least 3 bubbles in a straight line)
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Play Dough may contain ingredients that learners may have an allergy to, such as gluten.
If you have an allergy, you can always make you own. 2 cups of corn starch and 1 cup of hair conditioner makes a fun play dough alternative.
