In this high energy class your child will be introduced to the Super Spanish Amigos They will help your child say and understand basic school items. My teaching style is high energy but always in tune with your child's learning needs. Each child will get multiple chances to speak by first repeating after the teacher, and a slow release to responding independently. I use interactive google slides via screen share, 2D and 3D props to provide visuals for each topic. I also use fun brain breaks with movement that extend their learning. Your child does not need to have any experience in Spanish to take this class! The basic structure of the class is as follows: 1. Name song 2. Vocabulary intro with the Super Spanish Amigos 3. Movement brain break 4. Vocabulary theme song 5. Vocabulary theme story 6. More movement brain breaks 7. phonics 8. phonics story 9. Goodbye song
Learning Goals
Students will:
Be able to make a sentence using basic introductions and goodbyes.
Be able to repeat and recognize 3 nouns from the classroom.
Be able to repeat beginning phonics sounds.
