Power up for this interactive, kids yoga class, taught by the Founder of Hop Along Yogi Kids Yoga and inspired by your favorite super heroes. Kids will discuss their favorite super heroes and the qualities that make them super. Then, they'll train like these crime fighters building strong muscles and strong minds. Next, we'll look at pictures of super heroes like the Hulk, Spiderman, Wonder Woman, and Batman bending, stretching, and learning yoga poses that correspond to each character. We'll...
Kids will learn a variety of super-hero themed yoga poses that improve balance, coordination, and flexibility. Class instructions will enhance listening skills and body awareness. Positive affirmations will build self-confidence and breathing techniques promote mindfulness.
