In this 25 minute workout learners will help decide how their super hero adventure will go. Will their adventure be in space? At the beach? What super powers will they use?

In this 25 minute course learners will use their imagination to help save the day super hero style. The class will start off where learners choose where they save the day. Are they in the city? Are they in space? At the beach? Then they get to share with the class their super hero name and their most special super hero power. What villain are they up against? How will they defeat the villain? This class is designed for learners to use their imagination and get in some exercise. Please keep in mind the class is 25 minutes long so please help learners come up with the following before class starts: Where is their adventure taking place? What is their super hero name? What's their super hero power? What villain are they up against? How will they defeat the villain? ***Parents please be advised that if there is too much background noise, I will use the mute option on zoom.

Parental Guidance
*Have your child wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
*Have a water bottle nearby.
*Have an open space to complete their workout moves.
*Warm up before class by stretching.

I graduated with a bachelor's in health science and have always had a interest in healthy living.
