1 file available upon enrollmentI have included my recipe. Students are welcome to get the supplies to make the smoothie after the class is finished.
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
The students can have all the ingredients and blender to use after the class. A parent should guide any child using a blender because of the safety hazards when using electrical equipment. If a child is allergic to dairy products, they may have to use soy, almond, or coconut milk. A child can omit the peanut butter and almond butter if they are allergic to these or do not like the taste of this ingredient.
