Teacher expertise and credentials
Hello! I am Arianne. I am in Canada where I am currently an Early Childhood Educator, a homeschool mom and an online teacher. I teach various subjects including social studies, current events, art, phonics, cooking, baking, reading, writing, math, science, dancing and some practical life skills.
I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing as well as certificates in Medical Office Administration and TESOL. I enjoy reading books specially fantasy series like Harry Potter, Chronicles of Narnia, Percy Jackson, The Lord of the Rings and mythology. I also like reading biographies, history, mystery and crime stories. I am also interested in geography since I love travelling as well as learning about other countries and different cultures.
My teaching style is making sure I include the students’ interests so that they can learn while having fun. I love spending time with children and doing fun things with them. We sing, dance, dress-up, role-play, play games, talk about what they like and best of all we learn together. It is very rewarding for me to be able to share my passion, knowledge, experiences and interests to help others cultivate theirs.
I am hoping to be able to fill the gap and share my love of the Harry Potter series to my young students and child so that we can enjoy playing and reading together. This is my goal and hopefully a class/classes I will be listing in the future.
I look forward to meeting you! See you soon! Thank you!
