We will be discussing the history of the past Super Bowls, viewing and discussing some short clips, answering some trivia games, and making predictions for the BIG GAME! Students will view slides with facts and trivia questions with fun graphics. The discussion will begin with introductions and an opportunity to have students share their passion or intertest in football. Good sportsmanship discussions will be encouraged so each student can share their thoughts and discuss the game we all enjoy. If the student is just developing a love for the game or if the student is an avid fan the discussion will be fun and include everyone as much as they wish to share and discuss.
Learning Goals
Students will have an opportunity to frame their thoughts to participate in a discussion about football. Students will be guided through the discussion to ensure everyone is respected and has an opportunity to engage and offer their opinion and ideas.

I have an MBA in Sports Management and have been a lifelong lover of the game of football. I served the Director of Ancillary Services tasked with planning and executing summer and winter camps at a PK-12 school. I hold a degree in Psychology and an MBA, a 150-hour master teacher certificate for teaching English as a second language courses and have served as a college counselor for almost 5 years advising students and families on the college acceptance process. I have taught middle school, have been an academic administrator in a Pre-K 12 school and was a founding director of a Learning Center.
