Class Experience

Learners will have a basic understanding of the beginning skills of knitting.
Learners will be expected to knit some rows of stitching outside of class time in order to complete the project by the end of the course.
Learners will need a set of knitting needles and worsted weight cotton yarn. I like Knitpicks Dishie Yarn, or Lily Sugar'N Cream, but you may select your own yarn based upon what is available. Needles should be between size US 7- US 10. (They should be standard knitting needles) Shorter needles are easier for beginners, I prefer 9-10 inches in length Learners are responsible for acquiring supplies, and will need them for the entire course.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
3 hours 20 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 2 - 4 hours per week outside of class.
Learners will use scissors and knitting needles.
