This class is taught in English.

Students will learn basic pedagogy as pertaining to the violin.  They will learn to read music, and also play by ear.  Students will learn to play scales, rhythms, classical, fiddle, popular, folk, rock, and many more styles. I produce well-rounded violin students.  
This class will meet 21 times over the next 22 weeks, with breaks for Spring Break.

I have taught students from the sweet little 4-6 year olds to fun-loving intermediate level violinists!  It has been a joy to conduct community youth orchestras, lead violin camps, give private and group lessons and direct school violin programs.  I believe in making learning fun, by playing games, moving, and doing challenges.  Some of the students I have taught have performed in Carnegie Hall, attended top music conservatories, are professional fiddlers, and continue playing for life to bless their families and churches. I cater to your child's personal learning style and abilities.  We progress as your child is ready so that they find a life-long love for their instrument.
