Class Experience
Come meet new friends, show everyone your favorite toys, sing silly songs, and play fun games! Our class environment is warm and welcoming. We will sing some songs everybody knows, as well as learn new songs. We'll do fun chants such as "Who Stole the Cookies from the Cookie Jar?" Our games are non-competitive. Everyone's a winner! We will open our class with a welcome song. We will incorporate each learner's name into the song to make each child feel special! For example: "Hello, Emma . ....
Learners will build vocabulary, gain confidence in speaking, and boost social skills.
I have been teaching children of all ages for over 30 years. I have a master's in Elementary Education with a Reading Specialist certification, as well as a Bachelor's in Music Education (K-12).
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Sometimes we will move around the room. Please ensure that your child has a safe space in which to move. If needed, push furniture out of the way to create an open space for movement. Please remove any items which could potentially be trip hazards. Thank you!
