Summer Tutoring (Math or Reading)

This is a one-time class that can be designed for multiple sessions depending on your wants and your child's academic needs to help them prepare and feel confident for the next grade level in math or reading.

I will start the session by doing a pre/post test to see what deficits/struggles they may have and create a detailed and specialized plan to assist your student in bridging the gap of their deficits to be closer to/reach their goals/math level.  If your student simply needs a refresher with foundational math or reading skills this could also be a great fit for you. I will design the session to meet your child's specific academic needs.

We will be able to work on a range of skills:

Math:
-addition, subtraction, single step and multistep word problems, division, multiplication and really anything your student is needing assistance with.

Reading:
-fluency, vocabulary, reading comprehension, reading comprehension skills (sequencing, main idea and details, character traits and much more)
