In this hands-on class (playdough, magnetic letters, string, beads), I'll show learners how to blend two and three letter sounds to make words. We'll use those sounds to understand the phonetics and pronunciation of each blend and word.

We will use lots of different materials such as, clay, string, magnetic letters, construction paper, dry-erase markers, boards and more to learn how to blend and spell new words. I have a Bachelor's degree in education, with 13 years of teaching experience. I have 5 years of experience tutoring children in ELA. I have an exceptional vocabulary and enjoy the subject of language development and phonetics. I am also a certified ESL teacher, and will employ skills such as TPR, props and accurate pronunciation into our tutoring sessions.
