Summer Slow Flow-Basic Yoga for Teens

In this 8-week Yoga course we'll link breath work and basic yoga postures as we flow gently from pose to pose. Students will gain a strong understanding of basic Hatha Yoga postures, breathing techniques and mindfulness.
