We’ll cover the benefits of each ingredient for your skin, along with simple relaxation techniques like deep breathing to help you unwind. The class is structured as a hands-on, interactive experience. First, we'll discuss the ingredients and their benefits, then you'll get to mix your own face mask. While the masks set, we’ll catch up and chat or practice some relaxing breathing exercises. The session will be casual and fun, with lots of opportunities for you to ask questions, share your thoughts, and connect with the group. My teaching style is friendly, supportive, and engaging. I will guide you step-by-step, making sure you understand each part of the process. You’ll get plenty of chances to interact with me through live demonstrations, discussions about the masks, and sharing your thoughts during the relaxation time. It’s all about having fun, learning together, and enjoying the experience!

This class is intentionally designed to support a variety of unique learning needs, including those of students with ADHD, dyslexia, and ASD, by incorporating different teaching methods and providing a structured yet flexible environment.
Parental Guidance
This class does not contain any content that would be upsetting or scary for learners. All the activities involve safe, natural ingredients that are easy to find in most households, and the focus is on relaxation and fun. There are no media elements that require content warnings or safety precautions.
For safety, please ensure that your child is not allergic to any of the ingredients (honey, oatmeal) before using them on their skin. Please note that neither Outschool nor the teacher is responsible for any skin issues or allergic reactions that may occur during or after the use of the face masks. We recommend performing a patch test before applying any ingredients to the face to ensure no allergic reactions or sensitivities. Parents should supervise their child and ensure that the ingredients are safe for their skin type.
No third-party tools or accounts are required for this class, and everything is designed to be interactive and hands-on with simple, accessible materials.
