This class is designed to help you get shredded, build endurance, and improve athleticism the summer using a powerful mix of HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), calisthenics (bodyweight strength training), and dumbbell exercises. Whether you're looking to burn fat, gain muscle definition, or just feel stronger and more energized, this program will push you toward your goals in a fun and challenging way. What Will Be Taught? You’ll learn how to train like an athlete, combining explosive movements, strength exercises, and endurance-based conditioning. We’ll cover: ✅ The science behind HIIT – How short bursts of high effort torch fat and boost metabolism ✅ Calisthenics fundamentals – Master bodyweight exercises for total-body strength ✅ Dumbbell strength training – Learn proper form and technique for building lean muscle ✅ Workout structure & progression – How to build your own routines and progress over time ✅ Recovery & injury prevention – The importance of mobility, stretching, and active recovery What Topics Will You Cover? Each session will focus on a mix of: 🔹 Fat-burning cardio bursts (jump squats, burpees, sprints) 🔹 Strength-building calisthenics (push-ups, pull-ups, dips) 🔹 Dumbbell exercises (squats, presses, rows, deadlifts) 🔹 Core and stability training (planks, hanging leg raises, rotational work) 🔹 Mobility and flexibility drills to prevent injuries and improve performance How Is Your Class Structured? Ongoing club – 2 days per week Each session is around 45 minutes Workouts follow a progressive structure, getting more challenging as you build endurance and strength Every session includes: ✅ Warm-up – Dynamic stretching, mobility, and activation drills ✅ Main workout – A mix of HIIT, calisthenics, and dumbbell exercises ✅ Finisher challenge – A fun, competitive workout challenge (ex: max burpees in 1 minute) ✅ Cool-down & recovery – Static stretching and breath work How Will I Teach? I’ll be guiding you step by step, ensuring you understand proper form, pacing, and intensity.
