This class will give student an introduction too many of the math and English lesson that they will learn in the second grade and give them a head start in their learning. Some may also use this class as a review to keep the lessons learned in 2nd grade fresh in their memory over the summer. The first class of each week will be an English lesson and the second class of each week will be a math lesson. All lessons will be very visual, interactive and energetic. Shy students will not be forced to verbally respond or interact but active participation will be encouraged.
