Summer Reading, Learning, & Sharing Club! New Theme & 2 Books Each Week

This weekly summer book club has a familiar and friendly Storytime feel! It is designed to foster a love for reading and challenge readers, while boosting socialization skills, English language arts skills, and literacy skills. This is primarily accomplished through listening, word recognition, sharing, and discussion. 

The class will feature a new fun theme and two new Storytime books to read each week, with the running book list featured below. Students will read, learn, and share together. Parents do not have to purchase the books unless they want them for their own library. I will read aloud every book in its entirety, and pages will be shown to the class during the reading. 

Don't forget to bring something a toy or stuffy to share to go with the theme! We may also have a short discussion or a brainstorming/imagination session. Students can sit on the floor, in a desk, whatever makes them comfortable! Snacks and dressing up in themed outfits are also welcome :)
