Assessments will happen throughout the classes. If a parent requests an end of class assessment they will be sent one.Class Experience
In this class, students will learn new skills and practice skills they have already learned. This class is to keep students from losing any skills during the long summer break. Students will be encouraged to ask questions and explain how they solved certain problems. For new skills, I will give an example and show how to solve the problem. We will then solve a problem together and then students will get a chance to solve their own problems.

over 4 WeeksLesson 1:
Multiplication
In this lesson, we will practice and review multiplication fluency as well as multiply by multiples of 10, 100, and 1,000. 40 mins online live lesson
Lesson 2:
Area and Perimeter
We will review finding the area and perimeter of quadrilaterals. 40 mins online live lesson
Lesson 3:
Weight
We will work on using and converting ounces, pounds, and tons. 40 mins online live lesson
Lesson 4:
Multiplication
We will work on multiplying 2 digit times 1 digit numbers and multiples. 40 mins online live lesson

Supply List
Students will need paper and pencil or a white board and marker for each lesson.
External Resources
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
