In this four day review class, students will have the opportunity to review specific math topics (please see the schedule below) in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. We will use a digital whiteboard, conversation, and examples to utilize as many of our senses as possible to reach learners of all types. I am a homeschooling mom of 5. My kids are ages 9-18 and have been homeschooled for over 5 years now. Additionally, I have been a teacher, both online and in-person, for many years, including 3 years as an ESL teacher and 2 years as a teacher in a multilingual charter school. I have an AA in General Studies and a BA in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Psychology.
This is a review class so there will be no formal assessments.
2 hours 40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
