Students will: Hone writing skills Explore different writing styles/genres Build confidence in writing voice Build confidence through writing in a supportive group Explore and learn about Flash Fiction as a story-telling technique
Homework for this class involves completing one flash fiction story per week. We will likely get a start on the story for each week in class, but most of the writing will be done independently, and should be completed for our next meeting. There will be at least five days between meetings each week to allow students time to finish their stories.
2 hours per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
