In this two week camp, younger campers will learn about squirrels and birds while creating a cute environment for them!

Description
Class Experience
1. Students will be able to garner a better understanding of the world we live in. 2. Students will be able to create in various mediums including; clay, paint, paper and found objects. 3. Students will be able to comfortably communicate with their peers.
There is no intended homework, however learners may want to complete the craft aspect of the day if they do not finish in class.
1. Air dry or any type of clay 2. A vessel for water 3. Any shaping tools desired by the learner to work with the clay 4. Pencil and eraser 5. Acrylic paints in browns, oranges, yellows, greens - with white and black. 6. Paint brushes 7. Thin cardboard or heavy weighted paper for the tree 8. Tissue paper in greens 9. White or clear glue or hot glue 10. Found objects to decorate the environment. 11. A shoe box or thick cardboard or some sort of tray to provide a base for the final presentation.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
There is no formal assessment for this camp.
1 hour 30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Hello Parents! During this camp your learners will be using various tools and should be supervised during their use. The tools include; any tools used while using clay, scissors, glue and paint. The working surface should also be covered and protected as well as the learners clothing.
