Summer Creative Counters Weekly Preschool and Prek Math Class

n this summer creative counters math class, we will work on preschool/ PreK math in creative, playful ways! 
We will work on: 
- counting 1-20 
- recognizing numbers in print and matching them to their quantities. 
- shapes 
- greater and less than, sizes
- 1-1 correspondence 
-simple patterns
-and more! 

We will play games, sing songs, problem solve, move and write during this creative counting session! 

Week 1: We will introduce numbers 1-10 by working on showing them in print, counting, 1-1 correspondence and matching numbers to their quantities. 

Week 2: we will review numbers 1-10 and work on greater and less than concepts. We will also work on shapes. 

Week 3: We will work on simple patterns as well as reviewing our previous topics.

Week 4:  We will work on 1-1 correspondence when counting and introduce teen numbers in print and quantities. 


Week 5: We will finish up with teen numbers and review shapes, greater than and less than and do a simple graphing activity. 

***Printable handouts, games or worksheets will be added each week for the learner to learn at home too!***
