In this one-time class! Students will learn how to create a three-panel with unique characters. Students will engage an entire process from planning out their panels to adding details such as facial expressions and unique backgrounds.

Description

Class Experience

Comics are a great way of expressing oneself through dialogue and image! Students do not need to be experienced in drawing, but need to be passionate about using images to convey a story. Students will be able to go through an entire process in which they will learn how to draw using different perspectives and facial expressions. Students will be given a three four panel comic page on which they will begin sketching out a character within a specific environment. Next students can begin adding...

I have been an Art teacher for nine years and an English teacher for the last three years. I am passionate about using a variety of different modes to express one's ideas!

Students will need pencils, erasers and  pencil crayons.

50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
