Get ready to embark on a delicious journey as we explore the flavors, traditions, and cuisine of different countries around the world! We'll dive into the vibrant cultures and mouthwatering dishes that make each place unique. Each week of camp we'll cook three different recipes (one each day of camp). The dishes typically make 4-6 servings. Students will learn cooking techniques, discover new ingredients, and create scrumptious dishes that will tickle your taste buds. One week before class I will post all three recipes with the ingredient and supply lists that you will need for each class. If you are interested in learning more about these countries you can sign up for my "World Geography Adventure" class, which is available during the regular school year. Parental Guidance
In this class students will use a stove, oven, knives, and other cooking tools as needed. You are welcome to modify any of the recipes to accommodate your dietary needs.
Supply List
The recipes and ingredient lists will be posted one week before class.

I've visited Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, and Central America and hope to visit all the continents one day! I LOVE sharing cultural experiences with students through cooking.
