Are you looking to become a better athlete or rise to the top of your game? No matter which sport you love, focusing on these building blocks can help improve your performance. In this summer camp we will go over proper body mechanics in order to increase your overall athleticism. Each class we will discuss a new technique, practice it with some drills, and do a full body workout. I will demonstrate the techniques and exercises, and give modifications to ensure every athlete gets a great workout. At the beginning of class we will loosen up and stretch to ensure safety and then close class with cooldown stretches and a brief review of what we learned. Day 1 - Chin to hip pocket. Proper arm mechanics while running Day 2 - Deceleration. Stopping from a sprint safely and ready to go again Day 3 - Change direction quickly and efficiently Day 4 - Body position while sprinting

Parental Guidance
Participants are encouraged to warm up before class.
Parents are welcome to supervise their children during the workout
Participants are encouraged to take a break during class if they feel they need to.
Supply List
Comfortable clothes for a workout and athletic shoes. Have water nearby. Space around the participants so they can move around freely.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
