Class Experience
Are you looking to become a better athlete or rise to the top of your game? No matter which sport you love, focusing on these building blocks can help improve your performance. In this summer camp we will go over proper body mechanics in order to increase your overall athleticism. Each class we will discuss a new technique, practice it with some drills, and do a full body workout. Youth Sports Performance Coach. Taught ages 4-17 Personal Trainer Group Fitness Instructor
Comfortable clothes for a workout and athletic shoes. Have water nearby. Space around the participants so they can move around freely.
1 hour 30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Participants are encouraged to warm up before class. Parents are welcome to supervise their children during the workout Participants are encouraged to take a break during class if they feel they need to.
