Description

Class Experience

Students will learn what defines a shark. They will look at different habitats around the world and learn what role different sharks play in specific habitats. Students will learn about sharks that are a variety of sizes and compare/contrast each type of shark. Students will answer questions and take part in discussions throughout the course.
Note taking is recommended so that students will be able to discuss information from each lesson leading into class. Share what you have learned with your parents!
The learner will be informally assessed based upon participation in discussions, contribution to conversation and given answers to culminating questions.
2 hours 15 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
