10 in-class hoursHomework
1 hour per week. Each lesson will provide activities and ideas to keep the learning and fun going long after the class. A craft will be given based on the theme. An outdoor activity will be given based on the theme. A game will be give based on the theme. Worksheets will be provided if desired.Class Experience
In this class students will participate for 3 days back to back. Students will be welcomed into the group each day. Students will be given the schedule of the lesson. Each day will consist of: - hello song - story about the theme - game related to the theme - interactive movement song - good-bye song Each day will include some activity ideas for your learners to continue the fun at home. Each day will include an outdoor activity if learners choose to complete after the lesson. Each day will include a theme - students are able to give suggestions of theme days when they join the camp. The theme days will include: Beach Day - dress in your beach wear Zoo Day - bring your favourite zoo animal Teddy Bear Picnic - bring your favourite teddy bear Favourite colour day- dress in your favourite colour Disney World Day - let's visit Disney World

Four years ago, After a couple decades of teaching in some beautiful schools with amazing students, I decided to make a change. I left behind the "brick and mortar" schools for the online school community. I could not be happier. The online school community still has beautiful schools with amazing students.
I am so happy I made the change. I love teaching or tutoring online. I love connecting with students. I love using games, stories and props to teach students English, Math and English as a Second Language.
I love seeing children learn at their pace. I love seeing the confidence boost in children when they succeed. I love hearing how my lessons have helped children all over the world.
I love that Outschool has provided amazing teachers with amazing children so we can all learn and grow together.

I am a Child and Youth Worker, Educational Assistant, Instructor for the Blind and Visually Impaired and an instructor for autistic children. I also am TESOL certified.
