In this 5 day summer camp, students will learn how to draw anime and manga style characters. This class is perfect for beginners and those who want to brush up on their skills. Each class we will focus on different features of anime and manga style characters. I will teach students how to draw it and pause to let students draw one step at a time. There will be time to ask questions and share artwork. Students will be encouraged to experiment with the looks they like and make their characters unique. We will draw in pencil, but students are welcome to outline or color with marker or media of their choice if time permits or after class. Day 1: Shape of Head Day 2: Eyes Day 3: Hair Styles Day 4: Nose Day 5: Mouth
