Students will be able to plan and use coupons to save when shopping.
Three years ago, I began researching ways to save money. I found myself intrigued by the idea of using coupons. I spent weeks reading and learning all I could about using coupons. I read the good and the bad of using coupons. I watched You Tubes of popular couponers, who followed all the policies. Before I began my first shopping trip, I had a thorough understanding of proper coupon use verses misuse. Being a rule follower, it was extremely important to me to understand the how, why, and what of couponing. I have been able to save money, all while having the necessities my family needs. I am able to cut my food budget down, have back up of cleaning supplies and household items while still purchasing brand name products. I am able to use my loyalty cards to purchase body care items and make-up at pennies on the dollar. I have learned to save money, while making money using coupons. I have also been able to donate to families and schools in need. I am excited to share with you all the ways coupons can be a benefit in your life, when used properly.
