- Answer comprehension questions - Speak clearly about a book - Learn new vocabulary words like a cynic, inadvertently, induced, obfuscation (etc) - Identify characters and setting - Make connections while reading
Before each class, the children will be required to read a few chapters (about 40 pages), answer 5 questions, and be prepared to present on a connection, setting, vocabulary word, or character.
