Class Experience

This camp will introduce students to French! As with all my French camps for beginners, they can be taken out of order. Each camp is a compilation of some of the classes in my Level 1 classes Découvrir Le Français and are perfect for beginners with little to no experience in French. 

Each class will be structured as follows: introductions by both the teacher and students (this will take place in English), and then we will switch to learning in French. In each class, students will learn...

Students will learn: 
- How to talk about their basic emotions in French
- Different types of farm animals and pets 
- How to identify different body parts in French
- Different types of summer and winter sports and activities

I grew up in a bilingual household here in Canada and we spoke both French and English growing up. Learning multiple languages is a great tool for world travellers, and it is a fantastic tool to stimulate your brain. I love speaking French and cannot wait to share my love of this language with you!

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

1 hour 40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
