All of the movies are rated PG. By todays standards they would probably be assigned a PG-13 rating. The Karate Kid includes swear words (including "s--t"), insults, fighting, and drug use. The Goonies includes vulgar humor and swearing (including "s--t"). There are jokes about genitalia, and stereotyping. Plus, a scene that opens the dialogue about consent and appropriate behavior. The movie may be too scary for some learners, so know your child before you watch. The Princess Bride includes violence, drinking, and some swearing. The movie may be too scary for some learners, so know your child before you watch.
