Description
Class Experience
Practicing a second language with other learners is a great way to develop confidence and increase ability with a new language! Often in the early stages of language learning a student only focuses on rules and vocabulary but does not always get to put these things into practice! In this on-going class you will have the opportunity to practice using all that head knowledge in conversation! This class is for students who have a basic understanding of Spanish and have studied it in the past....
Students will review previously learned grammar and practice it in both written and spoken form allowing them to gain more agility and confidence with the language and insuring a firm understanding on the grammar topics prior to starting Spanish 2 in the fall.
I have been teaching Spanish for 15 years and have taught all levels from beginner to advanced. I have lived and worked abroad in Spain and the Dominican Republic. I currently teach Spanish 1 and Spanish 2 semester courses here on Outschool.
There is no homework for this course but there will be some optional written review loaded into the classroom from time to time, as well as engagement posts where the students can type their Spanish responses to keep up their Spanish practice between classes.
35 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
