Description
Class Experience
Like mentioned above, students will review the topics mentioned above so that they are ready to step into the next grade. Week one we will focus on numerical operations. We will learn how to add, subtract, multiply, divide as well as rounding, estimating, understanding place values and also look at word problems. Week two we will look at money, time, perimeter and area of different shapes and also different units of measurement. Lastly, week three we will wrap things up by looking at different concepts in fractions as well as different types of graphs. The goal is to give the students a head start for seventh grade and that is what we will do!
2 hours per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
