Summer Beginning Reader Skills
In this course, we will work on letter sounds and word families, as well, as learn sight words. We will work on fluency passages and become more confident readers. Beginning readers are encouraged to enroll!

Beginner Level
This class will teach: * Letter Sounds and Blends * Sight Words * Rhyming * Print Awareness * Listening Comprehension * Phonological Awareness In this class, students will interact with me as we practice sounds, blend sounds, and play games to create words. I will use manipulative and flash cards throughout this class.

I am a licensed Preschool to 6th Grade Teacher. I have taught in public school, private school, co-ops, camps, and even homeschooled my own children. I have over 20 years experience teaching students. I have taught in classrooms of 28 students, as well as taught one on one while tutoring students. I also have experience teaching delayed readers, right brain readers, and other developmental delays.
