In this ongoing weekly class, learners will bake various sweet treats along with the teacher and follow a provided recipe.
Class experience
This class will teach basic baking skills and how to read and follow a recipe. The class will be interactive and hands-on and will encourage learners to follow along with the teacher to create delicious baked goods each week. Classes will focus on the preparation of each treat and will finish with the treats going in the oven or being plated. Recipes will be provided weekly, at least 5 days in advance. Learners will also need access to a mixer (stand or hand), baking sheets, measuring cups, mixing spoons, spatula, parchment paper.
