Class Experience

How to bake sugar free treats that taste good!
I love baking and love the holidays also:) I have made several holiday parties for my kids and families with the food from these recipes and they loved it. I would love to see all kids being able to learn the important life skills of cooking and these recipes are also delicious. I have an approach to cooking that all children can be taught to cook and make food, no matter what age. All it takes is hard work and plenty of practice.
There is no homework. All cooking is done in class unless you miss a class. Then you must send me a video or pictures of your completed cooking assignment for that week.
All recipes and ingredients lists are provided. I try to keep the cost down for you to shop for the ingredients. I also try to give you the recipes that are easy to make and ingredients are easy to have or acquire.

I will send out the recipes on a weekly basis to make sure there is no confusion.

As soon as you sign up for class you will see first recipe/ingredient list in the Outschool classroom for you to gather them before our first class.
By seeing the finished cooking projects!
40 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
In this class the students will need to use an oven and or stovetop. We will be moving quickly in class depending on the recipes so your student may need to have your guidance. They many need to also use knives to cut ingredients and also small appliances.

***If your student has any allergies I can suggest some substitutes for any needed ingredients. For example: Peanut Butter, Wheat Flour, etc. This is never a deal breaker for my classes I will work with you ahead of time to get you the substitutions you need for class time.
