Public speaking, patiently waiting for a turn, being an supportive friend are all practiced with Miss Anna each day. Plus kids get to enjoy a weekly dance party with their new friends each week too!

Miss Anna has been offering a large variety of Play-Based Learning Classes and Social & Emotional Learning classes on Outschool over the last 2 years. She is a seasoned professional educator with over 10 years of teaching and mentorship experience. Miss Anna is a seasoned professional educator with over 10 years of experience teaching kids from all backgrounds. She specializes in providing fun and educational experiences for kids through play-based learning. She is a Featured Ace Certified Educator and has been recognized as one of the Top Rated "OUTSTANDING EDUCATORS✨" on the platform. A note from Miss Anna: “Hi! I am thrilled you are getting ready to join my fun and unique class! I studied theatre, production, and acting for 4 years and very much enjoyed portraying fun and quirky characters in theatrical productions while attending high school and college as well! I have utilized my 10+ years of experience teaching a variety of Music, P.E., and Literature classes to create some fun filled educational play-based classes for your kiddos to enjoy. I have found the transition from teaching in a traditional classroom setting to a virtual setting to be a wonderful experience for both me and my students. I have currently taught over 900 classes on Outschool to over 4000 children around the world, and am a proud homeschooling momma these day as well!"
Children will need to bring: -A stuffed animal, paper and crayons to class each week. -Kids may also want to bring a bottle of water to sip from incase they get thirsty during our mini dance party.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
* Parents / Adults - -Miss Anna wants to make sure each child feels seen and heard during their time together. This means that the mute button will be utilized in class from time to time to give each child a chance to be heard so Miss Anna’s can give them her full attention while it is their turn to speak. -Parental supervision required in this class. Since this is a virtual class environment, Miss Anna will occasionally require some support from childrens parents / guardians from time to time to help ensure all the kiddos in class are having the best virtual experience possible! -Please also note that Outschool requires teachers to only admit students on Zoom that have the enrolled students name showing as part of the internet safety guidelines put in place to protect your child while participating in online group classes. -Miss Anna takes internet safety very seriously and will not permit an unknown person into the virtual classroom with other children if she has no clear indication of who the child is. More information on Outschool's Internet Safety Guidelines and policies can be found on the Outschool website. -This class is very inclusive and warmly welcomes all kinds of kiddos. ESL, Neurodivergent @ 2E learners and more! -Providing kiddos with a safe and welcoming space where kids truly feel seen and heard is very important to Miss Anna. For this reason, this class occasionally runs over its time by 5 minutes to ensure every kiddo gets to participate in the show and tell and party games before class comes to an end.
