Description

Class Experience

Students will improve their understanding of The Five Ws and build confidence speaking and sharing with their peers
Students will develop their attention skills by listening closely to what their classmates share and practice asking meaningful questions
Students will practice relaxation techniques that help them to find a moment of calm
There will be no homework assigned. 
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Learners are to bring at least 1 stuffed animal to class as well as a yoga mat and water (suggested but not necessary) 
1 hour 30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Parents, kindly be advised that yoga is a physical activity and there are potential hazards (including, but not limited to, needing an open work space and preferably a water bottle). Although yoga is very safe, injuries can occur if not properly supervised. Please be sure that your child is prepared to follow instructions and has an open, hazard free space to practice yoga from.
