In this class we will have fun winding down and getting ready for bed together with our stuffed animals, songs, and stories! Any favorite stuffed animal is welcome: Teddy bear, Dinosaur, Beanie Boo, Pillow Pet, etc.
Class experience
Put on your favorite pajamas and cozy up with your favorite stuffed animal! Learners will listen to soft music as we wind down and get our stuffed animals ready for bed. We will begin by introducing ourselves and our stuffed animals, and talk about our day. I will give everyone plenty of time to share! Then we will dress our stuffed animals in their PJ’s (or wrap them up in a blanket if they don't have PJ's) and read them a bedtime story or two. Lots of stuffed animal cuddling will be...
Children learn through play and this class will help instill positive emotions, feelings and attitudes about bedtime and sleep using role play with stuffed animals.
