Each session focuses on practical strategies for improving focus, managing time, and boosting academic performance through structured activities and guided practice.

This course provides a step-by-step approach to improving study habits and note-taking skills. Each week, learners will explore a different strategy through interactive lessons, hands-on exercises, and real-world applications. Topics include the Cornell Method, active reading strategies, mind mapping, effective study habits, and test-taking techniques.

My approach is practical and supportive, with a focus on equipping learners with tools they can apply immediately to their high school coursework and beyond. I hold a Master's in Education, as well as two separate Bachelor's degrees—one in English and one in Communications—and I have over 20 years of teaching experience across all age groups, from preschool to graduate students.
