Congrats!! If you received this link to join the class that means you will be student teaching - or have the opportunity to support a classmate who is student teaching! In the Weekly Art Journal Class students that have been in the class at least 6 weeks have the opportunity to teach to the class. This will be a private class consisting of only the students teacher and their classmates.
Depending on the project your classmate is teaching - they will create a supply list to share with class before student teaching day! Most projects will require: -Your journal -Pencil & Eraser -Black Sharpie -And depending on the project...paint, watercolors, oil pastels, etc. This information will be communicated before the big day!
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
After the student teaching class, there will be an exit ticket form for students to fill out answering a few questions about the experience. This is a way to give positive an constructive feedback to help the student teacher grow as an artist and instructor.
1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
