Description
Class Experience
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Parents, please ensure your learner has adequate space, with no obstacles around them for this class. I recommend practicing on a yoga mat. If you don't have a yoga mat, practicing on a non-slip carpet is fine too. Learners should wear comfortable clothing to class that allows free movement (no socks please!). I recommend practicing on a light stomach, so have your learner eat at least an hour before class begins. Learners should have a water bottle handy in case they feel thirsty during class. Please supervise your learner during class, so that you may be able to help them promptly in the event of an injury.
